This month's Member Success is the wonderful team at We Are DNA. They use Employer Branding, Employee Engagement and marketing, to help companies build wonderful teams of their own.
At DNA, we create stronger brands and build better businesses for our clients by helping them find, keep and engage the staff or the customers they need to be successful. We are thought and practice leaders in all things Employer Branding, candidate attraction, Employee Engagement, and marketing.
We moved from an office in Paintworks which was full of our personality and wanted to find somewhere that allowed us to keep our culture. We still wanted to collaborate with each other as it’s such a vital part of who we are, and we wanted clients and visitors to get the same buzz that they used to get when they visited us. The themed meeting rooms have gone down really well when we’ve had clients come in. It’s also great that if anyone wants to have other people around them for a day, they can just come in and use one of the spaces.
Much of the same to be honest. It already feels like home. We’re looking forward to the Summer Party!
The central location, the collaborative workspaces, the helpful and friendly staff, the vibrant mix of areas, there’s always a buzz and things going on.
