What are the Flex Series memberships?

What’s the difference between Hot Desks and Dedicated Desks?

Hot Desks = any open seat when you arrive (Available Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm). Dedicated Desks = your own permanent desk, setup, and storage (7 days a week, extended access hours).

Can I switch or upgrade my membership if my needs change?

Absolutely - upgrade, downgrade, or swap anytime. Memberships are billed in the last week of each month, so we recommend letting us know of any changes for the upcoming month by then so we can make sure you're charged correctly. We’re flexible by name and nature.

What are DeskLodge’s opening hours?

General access (hot desking and meeting rooms) is 8am–6pm (Mon-Fri, excluding Bank Holidays).

Dedicated Desk and Office residents can use the space from 6am–11pm (any day of the week at DeskLodge House), or 24/7 (at Beacon Tower).

We offer up to 1 hour free of charge. Half day - £15+VAT, Full day - £30+VAT. Perfect for a quick client catch-up.
