DeskLodger of the Month - April 2026

“A whiteboard and a few sticky notes can solve more than you think.” 👀

That’s according to our April DeskLodger of the Month, Mollie Fox.

Mollie is a Hot Desker at DeskLodge Beacon Tower and runs M Fox Consulting Ltd, currently working with the NHS solving complex problems (and drinking a lot of tea ☕).

As a remote consultant moving between contracts, she uses DeskLodge as her constant. Same desk, same friendly faces, same coffee.

She’s now looking to grow her business, build a team, and spend more time supporting charities working with homeless and refugee communities.

What’s the name of your company?

M Fox Consulting Ltd - I’m currently a consultant working with the NHS (basically solving problems and drinking a lot of tea ☕).

Why did you choose your role/industry?

I love working with people and solving problems - and in my current role I get plenty of both! Every day is different, with new people, new challenges, and never a dull moment.

What is the most surprising part of your job?

How many problems can be solved with a good conversation, a whiteboard, and a lot of sticky notes.

What are your plans for your career path?

I’d love to grow my business, bring in aspiring business analysts and project managers, and help them develop - basically building a dream team. I’m also keen to do more in the charity sector, especially supporting homeless and refugee charities.

How does DeskLodge help you do your job?

Because I move between contracts, my work “team” is always changing - so it’s great to have DeskLodge as a constant. Same desk, same friendly faces, same coffee ☕

Are you remote, on-site or hybrid?

Remote - but DeskLodge keeps me feeling social and  less like I'm constantly working in my kitchen 😄
