I love to coach and nurture people and businesses to achieve their goals, and be their best. When I'm not doing that, I'll either be running, weight training or spending precious time with my wife and two young boys.
It is Mental Health Awareness Week and The Mental Health Foundation have chosen stress as their main theme of focus for 2018. DeskLodge would like to help towards combating stress in the workplace and how working with other people, in a coworking space, can really help towards reducing stress.

Whilst working remotely, open source software consultant and journalist Brad Neuberg decided to create a community for other remote workers and freelancers, filling the social gap that a workspace usually provides. Brad named this concept, Coworking.
