One Year On: A New Look for DeskLodge, Same Brilliant Personality

Just over a year ago, DeskLodge looked a little different.

After more than 10 years with the same much-loved identity, in summer 2025 we unveiled a brand-new look for DeskLodge – one that we felt better represented the business, our spaces and, most importantly, the brilliant community of people who work from them every day.

A year on, it feels like a good time to look back at why we made the change – and what a difference it has made.

Growing up, without growing boring

DeskLodge has always had a strong personality.

We believe workspaces should be places people actually

want to spend time in. Places with energy, colour and character. Places where you can get serious work done without everything around you having to feel quite so serious.

That hadn't changed. But after more than a decade of DeskLodge, we'd grown.

Our Bristol workspaces had evolved, our community had grown, the businesses choosing DeskLodge had changed and the experience we were offering had moved on significantly. We wanted our brand to catch up.

The challenge was to elevate DeskLodge without losing the things that made us DeskLodge in the first place.

More grown up? Yes.

More polished? Definitely.

More corporate? Absolutely not.

More than just a new logo

Our rebrand went live at the end of July 2025, with our summer party giving us the perfect opportunity to celebrate it with our community.

From there, the new DeskLodge started appearing everywhere.

Across our website and digital channels. Around DeskLodge House and Beacon Tower. On signage, meeting rooms, printed materials, communications and all the little details that help create the overall DeskLodge experience.

It wasn't simply about changing colours and logos. It was about creating a clearer and more confident identity for the business we'd become.

Built for Brilliance. Passionately Productive. Everyday Extraordinary.

Those ideas helped us put into words something that had been part of DeskLodge for years: creating workspaces where people can do great work, feel good while they're doing it and enjoy being part of something.

A year of living the new brand

Perhaps the best part has been seeing how naturally the new identity has settled into DeskLodge life.

The feedback from our members has been fantastic.

Our spaces haven't lost their personality, colour or fun – far from it. But there's an elevated feel alongside it now. Meeting rooms make a stronger first impression. Our spaces feel more considered. Our communications feel more joined up. And the whole experience better reflects the quality of workspace and service we're proud to offer.

We've grown up a little, without losing our personality.

And internally, that's made a difference too.

The DeskLodge team are incredibly proud of what the brand represents. It feels unmistakably us – people-first, energetic, ambitious, a little bit different and serious about creating an amazing place to work.

Same DeskLodge. Even better dressed.

A rebrand was never going to change what makes DeskLodge special.

That's our people. Our members. Our team. Our community. And two Bristol workspaces packed with personality.

What it has done is give all of that an identity that feels much more like the DeskLodge of today – and where we're heading next.

One year in, we're pretty proud of it.

Here's to plenty more years of Working Wonderful in Bristol.
