Since they joined us earlier this year they've made a great impression on the DeskLodge community, so we were delighted to announce them as our Member Success for September 2025.
We asked them a few questions about their work, their plans for the future, and how working at DeskLodge has improved their team culture.
Have you ever bought say your broadband from a price comparison website and received a digital gift card as part of the deal? Well the chances are that Giftcloud made that happen. We've been enabling household names (not just broadband providers and deal sites) to acquire, retain and say thank you to their customers with digital gift cards for over 10 years.
Well, we're relatively new residents to DeskLodge, but in that time we've added one new member to our team (hi Lizzie!) and created more of a buzz amongst the team, in part owing to our new surroundings.
Giftcloud was acquired by the Recharge Group in April, so since this time we have been beavering away to establish our key objectives and get going. So the remainder of 2025 is all about getting smarter with our data and maintaining our profitability to set us up for world domination in 2026 and beyond!
The interaction with the DeskLodge Team is right up there - having an energised and proactive building management team that are obsessed with making sure you have a good day was previously underrated before we arrived.
