A secret world behind a tailor’s shop façade. Step into The Kingsman and discover a meeting room fit for a film. Finished in warm woods and tartans, with details to discover on every shelf. Seating 6 comfortably, you’ll find a large screen for presenting and video conferencing. A conference webcam, and a flipchart and whiteboard. You’re welcome to order outside catering, or pop into our onsite Snack Shack for meeting refreshments!
This 16-person meeting room has all the gravitas of a medieval feasting hall, and all the convenience of a modern conference room. You’ll find everything you need amongst high beamed ceilings and even a coat of arms. Rest assured, amongst the ancient backdrop you’ll find a Meeting Owl - 360 degree video camera, mic and speaker, a 60-inchscreen and large whiteboard.
All DeskLodge meeting rooms come with access to our great amenities. This includes unlimited free tea and coffee from our bean to cup coffee machines, still and sparkling water, squash, and if you’re at Beacon Tower, access to the huge sun-trap roof terrace for breaks.
You’re also welcome to join in with any community events happening on the day of your meeting. That means free fruit every Wednesday, free sweets every Friday, breakfast on the 1st Thursday of the month and after work drinks and food on the 4th Thursday of the month!
We’ve got meeting rooms in a choice of two prime locations. If you’re coming from afar, Desklodge House is only 5-minute stroll from Bristol Temple Meads Station. For out-of-town clients we’re directly next door to the DoubleTree Hilton hotel and our residents get 15% off room bookings! Plus, onsite parking and a choice of shops and green spaces all in walking distance.
Beacon Tower is the perfect central location. Situated in Broad Quay with views of the harbourside (and only a minute from the buzzing Harbourside Food Markets). It’s a 5 minute walk to Bristol Bus & Coach station and directly opposite local bus routes. If you fancy making a treating the team after work, you’re just minutes from Bristol’s buzzing food and bar scene.
