Well, if I am being totally honest I fell into recruitment. I saw an advert in the Bristol Evening Post in 1997 for a sales job with a basic and an OTE and I thought, I would like an OTE and so I went into register at ATA Selection and the rest, as they say is history.
Getting those cheeky little offers in that you were not expecting, a lovely surprise, I might add 😊
BMS has been a fantastic employer for me, they are family friendly and have been super generous, both time wise and financially over the years. I want to stay with them until the end guys. Being 51 I am happy in my position and am grateful to have such an exciting and fulfilling role.
Oh my god, you guys are great, from constantly changing the temperature in our room to accommodate a range of different body temperatures 🤣to printing off information for us all to providing great offices to work in with friendly staff. The list is pretty endless to be fair.
