Our workspaces are ready for some of our members to return, which is phase 1 of our back to work plan. Safety procedures and signage is in place, coffee machines will be on, and all that’s missing is you!
From the 6th of July we can welcome back hotdesking! Whilst this will initially will be only for unlimited hotdesking members, we will in our phase 2 be looking to start part-time hotdesking packages again. More updates will be shared on this as they happen.
If you were on an unlimited package before lockdown and want to restart your membership, please reply to this email and let us know, so we can get your package activated again. Or if you wish to purchase a unlimited package, do get in touch so we can arrange this.
Also as part of phase 1 we will slowly be allowing meeting room bookings again. As we have had to lower capacity and the amount of rooms available, we recommend from the 6th if you have a meeting room requirement you call or email in first so we can ensure we can take the booking.
The initial hours for unlimited hotdesking will be Monday – Friday between 8.30am-5pm, when you come in and sit at a desk, that must be the desk you remain at for the duration of the day.
As we enter a time of change, DeskLodge are beginning to look to the future and how coworking will continue to work, going forward.
Phase 1 – Where we will start to add a few home comforts, like the much-missed coffee machines) back up and running every day plus having a DeskLodge team member onsite every day to help welcome you back. We continued throughout to have access for office and fixed desk members and are excited again to have unlimited hotdesking members able to return.
Phase 2 - Where we will bring the return of our part time package hotdeskers and start edging our way back into a completely normal way of working within our spaces.
We would like to thank all of our DeskLodger's for their continued positivity, loyalty and compassion and we encourage you to remain positive as we look towards a productive future!
In the meantime please take a look at our Back To Work infographics below for a simplified idea of our intentions and processes to keep you all safe in our spaces!
