What do Curve do?

Curve's main premise is to simplify your finances and we've been developing and building up our team since 2015.

There are loads of awesome features including changing the card you've already used to make a transaction to another card and 1% cashback from a massive selection of retailers. There are three card tiers available from the free blue card to the metal card subscription. We've also just launched with Apple Pay, which is really exciting!

How long have you been coming to DeskLodge?

I've been coming to DeskLodge since November 2019, when I first started at Curve.

What is your favourite thing about your job?

My favourite thing about my job is how collaborative it is - you really get an insight into all sorts of teams such as Fincrime, Reconciliations, Business Development and so much more all through the varied queries and questions we get from our customers as we develop.

What is your favourite thing about DeskLodge?

My favourite thing about DeskLodge would have to be the amazing team that work so hard behind the scenes to make it such an incredible working environment to be in. Also, Sweet Fridays and the DeskLodge Socials are always very well received!!

What do you do in your spare time?

I love painting and drawing, it really helps me to relax and switch off. I also love listening to music, pretty much anything from Techno to Indie and music from the 60s and 70s, anything I can have a boogie to, especially when I'm indulging in a Margarita or two with my boyfriend Sam! I also like to get outside when I can and going to Cornwall for a surf. I've recently taken up climbing and I'm hoping to keep doing more of that in my free time too.

If you came back as an animal, which would it be?

I would probably come back as an Owl so I could stay up late, they're meant to be the animal of wisdom - which is what my name means in Greek. Also, how cool would it be to spin your head around 360 degrees - or close enough!?

Thanks Sophia – You’re a hoot!
