What is the best thing about your job?
Getting to know my candidates in the design market and matching that up with my client’s needs (The UX market is full of lovely people!)
How do you stay motivated and productive?
I stay motivated by talking to my great team at Consortia! And productive by following the same steps consistently and knowing it works
Where is your favorite place to work at DeskLodge?
I love the new library booths on the bottom floor, they feel like you are tucked away from everything else

Eat nice food, spend time with friends, read and get out in nature
