No. Anyone can hire our event spaces. DeskLodge members benefit from discounted Dry Hire rates, while non-members are welcome to enquire for bespoke pricing.
Dry Hire gives you exclusive use of the venue, allowing you to organise and run the event yourself. Fully Managed Events are delivered with our event partner, who can provide catering, bar services, entertainment and event management.
Yes. For Dry Hire events, you're welcome to bring your own food and drinks. We recommend using recyclable cups rather than glassware. If you'd prefer us to organise everything, ask about our Fully Managed Event option.
Every booking includes your event space, WiFi, projector and screen, sound system, microphones, tables, seating and on-site support. Additional services such as catering, entertainment and bar packages are available for Fully Managed Events.
