In 2026, DeskLodge is proud to support Children’s Hospice South West as our Charity of the Year. Throughout the year, our community will be hosting fundraising activities to support the incredible work they do for children and families across the South West.

Children’s Hospice South West Children’s Hospice South West provides vital care and support for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their families.

Their services include:
• Hospice care
• Respite support for families
• Specialist medical care
• End-of-life support

Their work helps families across the South West receive care, compassion and support when they need it most. We’re proud to support their work throughout 2026.

DeskLodge Quiz Night for Children’s Hospice South West

Join us at DeskLodge House for a community Quiz Night, bringing members together for a bit of friendly competition while raising money for our Charity of the Year, Children’s Hospice South West.

Whether you’re in it to win or just along for the laughs, it’s all for a great cause and our friends from Barbara's BeirHaus will be popping by with some drinks.

With Quizmistress Gems leading the way, expect a mix of questions, prizes and plenty of bragging rights up for grabs.

Arrive from 5:30pm for drinks and team sign-up
Join the quiz and test your knowledge
Enjoy pizza with the community
Make a suggested donation of £1 per person (card only)

5:30 to 6:00pm Drinks and sign-up
6:00 to 6:30pm First half
6:30 to 6:45pm Pizza break
6:45 to 7:15pm Second half
7:15 to 7:30pm Results and final drinks
