Not at all. DeskLodge meeting rooms are open to everyone, whether you're a Bristol-based business, a visiting team, or a freelancer who just needs a professional space for a few hours. External bookings are welcome and you can check availability and book online instantly through the DeskLodge website or app. If you're a registered charity, it's worth getting in touch directly as discounted rates are available too.
Yes. Real-time availability is shown online so you can see exactly what's free and confirm your booking in minutes, with no back-and-forth needed. Rooms are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and can be booked by the hour or the full day. You can book through the DeskLodge website, the app, or the members' portal if you're an existing member.
Every booking includes fast WiFi, unlimited tea, bean-to-cup barista coffee, and still and sparkling water on tap. Depending on the room, you'll also get a large HD screen with HDMI and USB-C connections, a whiteboard or flipchart, and access to video conferencing kit. Prices start from £20/hour, with rooms ranging from intimate 4-person spaces up to the 16-person NASA room at £90/hour. DeskLodge doesn't offer on-site catering, but the team are happy to point you towards their favourite local options nearby.
