Meet another of our lovely DeskLodgers in our DeskLodger of the Month series! Each month we choose one DeskLodger from each location to find out what they do and why they choose to work from DeskLodge.

We would like to introduce you to the wildest resident at DeskLodge House, Rebecca Rydzinski a technical clerk for the Network Rail Safety Team. Rebecca likes baking, watching Marvel and DC Comic films and laughing!

How do you use DeskLodge?

We currently crashmat here while our businesses official Bristol office is being renovated. We also run around like zoo animals throwing banana skins at each other.

What do Network Rail do?

Network Rail runs, looks after and improves Britain’s Railway. We work round the clock to provide a safe, reliable experience for millions using Europe’s fastest-growing railway each and every day. We put passengers first, working on safety and maintaining the Infrastructure and Improvements.

I’m a technical clerk in the Safety Team, Western Route and also a joy provider and source of entertainment.

How long have you been coming to Desklodge?

Since about 100 BC

What is your favourite thing about your job?

It’s Cushty AF, Also I get paid. My team are OK and have a sense of humour, most of them anyway.

What is your favourite thing about DeskLodge?

I always get a smile and a bit o’ love at the front desk, despite that we are all under pressure and have a lot going on in our jobs, the Desk Lodge Team are the reason this place is a GREAT place to work.

What do you do in your spare time?

For real? Stone grinding, baking, monster hunting, chatting bubbles, laughing, rimming on the X Men and Marvel/DC comics films, crafting, chasing aliens, trying not to adult/deal with it, drinking apples, running around like a loon, you get the idea.

Who is your biggest celebrity crush?

Tom Welling and Chris Pratt – FIT FIT FIT can’t choose one, sos!
